*Wow! Another snow day! *
Please begin by taking care of your brain by focusing on your BREATH! Try Bumble Bee Breath; breath in through your nose, let it out with a "buzzzzzzzzzzz" as slow as possible. Click on the picture to make it bigger. Do 5-10 of these and talk with someone about how you feel afterwards.
After I do some of these breaths, I feel calm and happier.
